SUPERMARKET AUDIO VISUAL IMMERSION
FREE ENTRY!
9.00pm Saturday August 9

The experimental screen experience Supermarket is back in Adelaide after its second successful North American tour. After a whopping sixteen performances in the USA and Canada since last November, it's time for Supermarket to show its home turf some love with this special FREE performance, on its biggest screen yet!

If you're tired of the run-of-the-mill narrative cinema experience and the idea of dynamic electronic music, experimental visuals, a dash of psychadelia and a playfully wry social critique sounds appealing, then don't miss this unique audio-visual experience.

Performing for the first time on the Mercury Cinema's enormous cinema screen, the show is scaled up in sound and sights like never before. See Dan Monceaux and Emma Sterling improvise live with visual and musical elements while reprogramming your mind to consider the broader horizons of cinema's potential to move, enlighten and entertain. Roadtested in micro-cinemas, art galleries and nightclubs in North America and beyond, don't miss this remarkable opportunity to see Supermarket during this year's premier celebration of local artistic produce.

SUPERMARKET is presented as part of the South Australian Living
Artists Festival's Moving Image program.
