From the director of festival favourites Isabella and You shoot, I shoot, Pang Ho-Cheung brings up a new smoky romantic comedy. 'LOVE IN A PUFF is set in a Hong Kong we rarely see: a firecely modern cosmopolis where twenty and thirtysomethings work and socialise, smoke and drink, flirt and date around...It is so charming, intelligently executed and universal in its themes that it deserves to score wide arthouse sales.' - Screen Daily, Mike Goodrigde

'LOVE IN A PUFF is something of a gem. Pang takes a simple everyday premise and lets it unfold naturally, without any sense of urgency or any overriding need for it to come to any revelatory conclusions, and it develops a naturalistic credibility as a result.' - Twitch, James Marsh.
