SENIORS ON SCREEN 2009: AN OVER 50s CLUB FOR THE DIGITAL AGE

The Media Resource Centre is staging a brand new program of Seniors on Screen in 2009 with 16 great feature films, an expansion of the Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About the Movies (but were too afraid to ask) forums as well as an opportunity for over 50s to explore the world of digital media and make short films through our workshop program. All shorts made by seniors will premiere at the Mercury Cinema before the Films & Forum screenings. At 1pm every Friday the Mercury is the place for mature film lovers to meet and socialise with fellow cinephiles.
